Service and warranty

Denzel and MTX power tool service policy
 1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: the length of the warranty period, which is commonly 6 months to one year.
  • What's Covered: the warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. This means if a tool breaks due to a fault in how it was made or the materials used, the repair or replacement is covered.

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear: Parts that naturally wear out over time, like carbon brushes, blades, air filters, adjustments, o-rings, fuel system cleaning and obstruction (due to chemical, dirt, carbon, lime, and so forth) and any batteries.
  • Misuse or abuse: Damage caused by using the tool improperly, dropping it, or neglecting maintenance. Also, on any malfunction of the tool caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions or occurred as a result of the use of the tool for other purposes, during use under adverse environmental conditions, improper production conditions, due to overloads or insufficient, improper maintenance or care, including when the fuel system is clogged, self-adjustment of the carburetor, operation under reduced or increased voltage of the power supply.
  • Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs or alterations made by a non-authorized service center.
  • Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, or other aesthetic issues that don't affect the tool's function.

2. Repair and Service Process:

  • In case of any service requests, please communicate with your seller or by Email: service@toolsworld.com and follow instructions. This ensures that repairs are performed by trained technicians using genuine parts.
  • Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide a dated proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an invoice. This helps the company verify the date of purchase and the warranty status. Request without proof of purchase can't be satisfied.
  • The item is in warranty, if the manufacturing date or the serial number not removed and item not altered or modified.
  • Repair vs. Replacement: Only at the manufacturer discretion, depending on the severity of the issue and the cost of repair.

3. Product Maintenance and Safety:

User Responsibility for maintaining the tool:

  • Following the user manual: Operating the tool according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Regular cleaning and inspection: Keeping the tool clean and checking for damage before each use.
  • Proper storage: Storing the tool in a dry but not hot place, without direct sunlight, at safe location to prevent rust and damage. Also keep safe from rodent and/or insect infestation.
  • Safety Precautions:
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Using the correct tool for the job.
  • Never modifying or disabling safety guards.

4. Post-Warranty Service:

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: the company or its authorized service centers can still repair tools outside of the warranty period, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and labor. The price of repair always will be confirmed first.
  • Access to Parts: customers can purchase genuine spare parts for their tools from company or authorized dealers and service centers.
