The curved working part makes it easy to make long, precise cuts. The double lever mechanism reduces the strain on the hand when cutting thick metal. Shears handle cold rolled steel up to 1.2 mm thick and stainless steel up to 0.7 mm thick. The tool is used for professional locksmith work.
